Del Sol Bakery is open and in business! At the end of our second week we have already established local accounts, returning customers and have sold out of our chef’s selection almost every day.

Our bakery has a limited chef’s selection available at our store everyday that includes a rotating menu of breads, croissants, pastries and sweets, each day has something a little different. Last week’s best seller and favorite was our ham and cheese croissant topped with crispy swiss cheese. We also had the mini lemon loafs with citrus glaze and lots of coconut oatmeal cookies that customers were coming back for. This week we will have bacon and smoked cheddar croissant, salted caramel brownies, and tomato pesto focaccia. Give us a call to find out today’s special!

On May 13th we had our Grand Opening party that was a great success! Many of our friends, families and neighbors came out for a tasting of what we have to offer. From bite size pesto focaccia to samples of salted caramel brownies, everyone got a sweet and savory snack. There was also a raffle of lots of baked goods like croissant sampler boxes, sweet boxes and even two whole cakes that random lucky guests got to take home. Our favorite moment was the 4 foot long baguette cutting, instead of a ribbon we cut the bread! Thank you everyone who came out to our Grand Opening Party and for welcoming Del Sol Bakery into business.
