So much to be thankful for!

It’s been quite some time since our last update! We just celebrated our sixth month anniversary at the store and would like to thank all of our customers, partner chefs, neighbors, friends and family for all your support.

Last Thanksgiving our store was under construction and we baked just a couple of apples pies and challah loaves out of a commercial kitchen we were renting in Boca.This year we had over 30 orders for Thanksgiving, baked about 65 different things including apple pies, pumpkin cakes, s’more pies and challah rolls!! Thank you all for helping us get established as your neighborhood bakery!

Local well known restaurants in downtown Delray such as Brule Bistro, 3rd & 3rd and Max’s Harvest have given us the opportunity to partner with them and carry our breads and a few signature croissants and desserts. We are so proud to see our baked goods as part of their amazing menus. We’ve also partnered with Coffee District and they carry an assortment of our croissants, scones and muffins to go with their delicious coffees.

In Boynton Beach we’ve been providing croissants, focaccia and challah bread to Infusions Cafe and created a special hoagie for The Boardwalk Ice cream shop for their weekend hot dog and sausage specials. We recently partnered with Pizza Rox providing them with chocolate chip cookies, our house made gooey Rice Krispies bars and a gluten free salted caramel cookie created just for them!

We are proud to be working together with other local businesses, sharing customers and promoting each other. Thank you for welcoming us, for giving us the opportunity as a start up business and partnering with us.


At the store it’s been very busy few months as more neighbors discover us and order cakes for their special celebrations, croissant platters for when family come visit, tell their work colleagues about us and order more platters for office meetings and events. We have a few true bread lovers that order their special honey wheat bread or sourdough on a weekly basis. And we are so happy to have been selected by an out of town bride to do her wedding cake and mini cupcakes for her very special day! To the city of Boynton Beach, thank you for ordering many platters for their various public events and promoting our local bakery. All of this is possible thanks to our customers that come in and share our story with their friends and refer more customers. Thank you!

And I would also like to thank my Del Sol Team, since they make it all possible every day 7 days a week. Thank you to my right hand Pastry Chef Jason, and my mom and sister for their hard work and long days and to my fiance Fabian for coming in on the weekends to help with the deliveries. It truly takes a village. Thank you!
